Include the relevant page URL and a concise description of what happened, but never send your password, one-time code, complete payment credentials or an unnecessary identity document.

Safety, privacy and content reports

Reports involving fraud, fake listings, threats, harassment, account compromise, personal-data requests, unlawful content or a moderation decision should use the Grievance and Takedown Policy. That page publishes the Grievance Officer, service address, reporting information and response targets. Providing a listing, profile, message, review or account identifier helps an authorised reviewer find the correct record without collecting more personal information than necessary.
