What does a Reviewed badge mean?

RavDorm displays the badge after a listing passes the platform's admin approval workflow. It is not a physical inspection, title check, safety guarantee, or endorsement. Independently confirm the property, owner, agreement and payment details before moving in.

Does RavDorm charge brokerage?

RavDorm does not add a brokerage fee for connecting you with a property owner. Rent, deposits and any property-specific charges should be confirmed directly on the listing and with the owner.

Can I contact an owner before deciding?

Yes. Open a live listing and sign in to send an enquiry. When the owner responds, RavDorm creates a private conversation so both sides can continue securely.

How does roommate discovery work?

People can publish a roommate requirement with location, budget and preferences. Other members can express interest, and a conversation starts only after the request is accepted.

How do I list a property?

Create an owner account, complete the property form and submit the listing. It remains outside public search until an authorised administrator reviews and approves it.

What should I do if something looks unsafe or abusive?

Use the Report control available in RavDorm. Reports go to the moderation workspace, where an authorised administrator can investigate content and take action.
