Privacy policy
Updated 6 October 2026 · Property supplement v2026-10-06
1. One account, separate property records
Properties uses your existing Ravdorm account and the same platform operator. Your property advertiser identity, listings, saved searches, enquiries, conversations and review documents are stored separately from accommodation and roommate records. Switching experiences does not publish or copy your accommodation records. The Ravdorm Privacy Policy identifies the operator, service providers and privacy contacts.
2. Information used in Properties
- Shared account information needed for sign-in, account restrictions and optional advertiser contact: account identity and your existing profile phone.
- Advertiser identity: owner, agent or developer label, business name, biography, supplied registration number and phone-sharing preference.
- Property advertisements: category, city, locality, optional coordinates, area, price, charges, amenities, photos, floor plans, brochures, availability, project information and inventory.
- Your activity: saved properties, saved filters, enquiry messages, suggested visits, non-binding offer amounts and messages you exchange with an advertiser or buyer.
- Review and support: privately uploaded authority or identity evidence, reports, assisted drafts, review notes and audit history.
3. What other people can see
- Published listing information, related advertiser information and public photos/documents can be viewed without signing in.
- Private proof files are restricted to the submitting advertiser and authorised founder/admin reviewers. They are not displayed on public property pages.
- Advertiser phone details are revealed to signed-in active accounts only when the advertiser enables sharing for live listings.
- Enquiries and conversations are available to their buyer and advertiser. Authorised moderation can inspect enquiry records; the Founder Panel does not provide blanket access to private conversation messages.
- Seller follow-up notes remain private to the advertiser. Saved properties and searches are private to the account that created them.
Signed file links are bearer links: someone who receives a valid link may access its file until the link expires. Do not forward private evidence links.
4. Why the information is used
We use this information to operate discovery and workspaces, deliver enquiries and conversations, review advertisements, handle reports, help prepare drafts, enforce account restrictions and keep an audit trail. Seller performance totals summarise enquiries, offers and saves for the seller's own listings. Properties does not collect property deposits, booking tokens, sale proceeds or card details at launch.
5. Documents, location and external services
Only upload evidence you have authority to provide. Redact unnecessary government identifiers, bank details, signatures and information about other people. Optional coordinates may be shown on the public locality map; use an appropriate approximate location and confirm the exact address privately. Map tiles are supplied by OpenStreetMap services. Opening WhatsApp or another external link takes you to that service and its privacy terms.
6. Your controls and requests
You can edit draft listings and your advertiser profile, turn off phone sharing, remove draft files, remove saved items and pause published listings. For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, account closure or a privacy concern, use Ravdorm's grievance channel. A deletion request may require identity checks and may be limited by legitimate security, dispute-handling and legal retention needs. Removing public visibility is different from erasing every retained record.
7. Retention and security
Property records are retained as needed to provide the service and handle security, moderation, disputes and applicable obligations. Access controls separate public content, private evidence and private account activity. Signed upload links expire; that expiry does not delete the stored file. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The shared privacy policy explains account security, service providers and handling of privacy incidents.
8. Cookies, eligibility and updates
The same cookie preferences apply across Ravdorm and Properties. Analytics remains subject to your existing choices. Accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Material policy changes will be reflected in the date and version on this page; contact support if you need clarification.
