Terms & conditions
Updated 6 October 2026 · Property supplement v2026-10-06
1. What the service provides
Properties is Ravdorm's marketplace for residential property, land, commercial property and developer projects. It supplies advertising, discovery, shortlist, enquiry, visit-request and conversation tools. The shared Ravdorm Terms apply to account eligibility, acceptable use, operator details, complaints and applicable dispute provisions. You must be at least 18 and legally able to act for yourself or the business you represent.
2. Advertising authority and accurate details
- Advertise only property you own or are authorised to represent. Identify your role honestly as an owner, agent or developer.
- Use lawful photos and documents. Describe the actual property, location, area measurement, price, possession, amenities and availability accurately.
- Disclose applicable brokerage, maintenance, deposits and additional charges. Do not describe seller-imposed brokerage as a platform fee.
- Supply applicable project/agent registration information and comply with advertising, registration, planning and other obligations that apply to the property and transaction. Do not claim a registration or approval you do not hold.
- Keep inventory and availability current. Pause or close advertisements when a property is no longer available.
3. Drafts, publication and specific checks
Listings require advertiser confirmation and founder review before publication. We may request corrections or pause content that is misleading, inappropriate or reported. Specific check labels describe recorded checks and their dates; they are not guarantees of ownership, title, construction quality, regulatory compliance or future returns. An assisted draft must be reviewed and submitted by its intended advertiser. Developer inventory is seller-reported.
4. Enquiries, visits and offers
An enquiry, proposed visit, confirmed visit time or offer amount is a platform communication, not a legally binding property purchase, lease or reservation. It does not hold inventory or create an obligation to accept. Confirm title, authority, identity, exact location, condition, permissions, applicable registration, costs and written agreements independently with appropriate professional help. Arrange visits safely and respect occupants' privacy.
5. Charges and property payments
Basic listing and enquiry tools are free at launch. Paid promotions and professional packages are inactive. Any future paid platform service must disclose its price and terms before purchase. Properties does not collect property tokens, deposits or sale proceeds, provide escrow, or guarantee a transaction. Do not send money because someone claims an enquiry or check badge guarantees a property.
6. Privacy, communications and conduct
The Properties Privacy Policy explains public listing information, private proof files, enquiries and phone-sharing controls. Use contact details only for legitimate property communication. Harassment, discriminatory abuse, adult content, threats, fraud, spam, impersonation, unauthorised scraping and publication of private information are prohibited. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information.
7. Accommodation and separate offers
Sale and rental advertisements can refer to one physical property but have independent prices and publication status. Shared physical details cannot bypass review of another published offer. A residential rental that allows students or working professionals may link to an existing accommodation listing; the accommodation marketplace retains its existing submission process and eligibility rules.
8. Reports, restrictions and changes
Use listing or community reports for moderation concerns and Ravdorm's grievance channel for complaints or appeals. Accounts and content may be restricted under the shared terms and safety policies. We may change features or update these conditions; the current version is displayed above. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
